Such a lovely #walk after a long day at the office. Great to get out, stretch my legs and get fresh air in my lungs. Coming up to #14weekspregnant and bump is definitely starting to pop! IN THE BEGINNING
My twins yolk sac. This was before the twins were really developed, one was moving along and older as you can see just a little spike lol. but there little sacs were there. They were in two different sacs. I had no clue until months later. I felt their two little heart beats but didn’t want to believe it. Looking over all my scans today made me smile to know God protects and avenges me and he has the last laugh. I cover up my personal information.

This pandemic has caused extraordinary circumstances and pressures for us all.

I have put a plan into action for my service users with immediate effect so that all footfall will now be minimised within the rooms.

👐 All patients are asked to wash their hands prior to an examination taking place

🏘 Exit from the building will be from the nearest external door to the examination room
.
🚗 Patients for my clinic will remain in their cars. I will then guide them round the outside of the building into the consulting room
.
🚖 Patients arriving by taxi will be asked to wait in their taxi. I will then guide them round the outside of the building into the consulting room
.
👫 Patients have been advised only their partner will be allowed in the building and no children or other family members are allowed until further notice
.
🦠 Patients have been advised to bring their own clean towels and take them home to keep the use of laundry at rooms to minimum and this will also generate less rubbish with paper towels

Not quite sure how one little pea can make you feel so tired! This week has been a challenge both trying to get off the couch to get moving and at work but it is all worth it! 💙 First ultrasound at the clinic is booked for next Monday and I can see if there is more than one little pea actually in there!
