Foods and drinks to help all day sickness in early pregnancy

I have been suffering a lot with nausea the last few days and thought I would share these to help others in their early stages 💕

The only thing that has worked for me so far is Fentiman’s Ginger Beer! Funnily enough it is one of my favourite drinks and it has given me the biggest relief 🤗 will be trying these new ones over the next few days
