The reality of high risk pregnancies come with multiple emergency scannings, sleepness nights, emotional outbursts and pressure to make sure you’re eating well enough, hydrating enough, taking the right vitamins and sustaining a calm state of being. Caved…. took a test early.. negative.. my period isn’t due until Tuesday/Wednesday so I am early in testing! I’m not letting myself get down about it. //
I’ve still been having dull lower back ache, fluttering feeling across my lower abdomen which is also feeling harder, my boobs are slightly tender but then again… I could be over analysing EVERYTHING and it could just be Aunt Flow getting ready to show her face 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’m crossing everything she’s not going to flow!

This is how I feel so please 🙏 Help me make a difference to those experiencing early pregnancy baby loss!
As the Essex Ambassador for Cradle 🌻 and one of a team of 4 covering the London area I am collecting product donations from companies, like those pictured from @lush and have had Tea donations, hairbrushes, slippers and non-slip socks,reaching out to so many wholesalers and business who could help us fill our comfort bags, that will be given to women on early pregnancy units in #nhs hospitals who are experiencing any kind of early pregnancy loss. These bags will have help leaflets in them signposting women to us and we are fundraising to be able to provide fast track counselling services to them that may otherwise not be available on the NHS.

I suffered a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in 2012 which resulted in so much internal bleeding I nearly died. The aftercare I received was non-existent, not even a leaflet about what had happened and my recovery 😢😢 this resulted in #ptsd which I was lucky to receive counselling for but others are not so lucky.
Cradle aims to have one Ambassador covering each NHS hospital by 2024 currently there are 24 of us but this is just from within the last month!! 👊. We are making huge strides with local and regional MPs, staff within the NHS EPAU’s, Twitter and Facebook.
