I am beginning to feel much more myself. Still ridiculously tired but the morning sickness has almost gone. I can tolerate the thought of eating a healthy diet again with some limitations. I have started exercising again.
I can feel something in my lower abdomen when leaning against the bench.

Я заметила, что последнее время много молодых девушек беременеет. Конечно же, это право, решает она сама, самое главное, что бы была готова к такой ответственности, а не бросала на кого-то своего малыша.
Есть мнение что ранняя беременность 14-18 лет, есть те, которые считают что рано 14-25. Миллионы людей и столько же мнений.
Так вот, мое мнение, конечно же 14-18 рановато, ведь это дети которые ещё сами ждут от родителей внимания и не все смогут сразу же переключится на ответственность. Но это только моё мнение. Ведь есть детки которые рожают в 14 и так странно следят за малышом, что не каждые женщины смогли бы так.
Не смотря на то, что самое главное не возраст, а то что внутри девушки/женщины, которая собирается стать мамой.
Сейчас многие молодые девушки становятся мамами, они очень рады и говорят что готовы к этому. Не знаю почему так происходит, но даже мои знакомые 16-18 лет уже становятся мамами. Я конечно же не скажу что это плохо, это хорошо когда девушка хочет стать мамой, та которая уже любит малыша, который ещё не появился на свет. Но возраст, конечно же он влияет, пусть не сильно, но влияет. Молодые девушки ещё не работают, только заканчивают учебу (а некоторые ее ещё и не закончили, а просто бросили), не понимают что все же тяжело будет дальше. Нужно закончить учебу, найти работу. Не нужно смотреть в Инстаграм что так легко и просто ухаживать за малышом, ведь малыши разные, нет одинаковых детей(людей). У каждова есть своя особенность, каждый требует своё. ☝️Задумайтесь прежде делать ответственный шаг (беременность). И не забывайте предохраняться , если вы думаете “ничего пронесёт”, не нужно так халатно относится к этой ответственной теме.☝️

I am sleeping SO much right now and just generally being so lazy. I don’t know if it’s bubba or the progesterone but I am crazy tired. (Thankfully I get to work from home what with the global pandemic and all) I found my other pregnancies hard at work being on my feet all day and not being able to go to the toilet every time I felt anything and started to panic. Really grateful to be here right now.
Getting lots of symptoms and keep praying it’s little one growing away and not just the meds.
