What we did/were taking the cycle we conceived 😁❤ This is just what we did and our experience, please know that this is in no way a “do this and you’ll get pregnant” tutorial 👌🏻 Also, this is the accumulation of a few months of doing the same thing- no magical switch that flipped once I made these changes!! ❤
A while back I switched to @pinkstork prenatals (won in a giveaway by @ardenmcartrette ) since the ones I had been taking made my pee super fluorescent yellow😱 I don’t know if it was a dye (since the pills were yellow) or an absorption issue from taking too many pills at once, but either way I switched over and also split up my pills between morning and evening- I got one of those little organizers to set up a week’s worth at a time 👍🏻

I started getting more serious about seed cycling for the past 2-3 months, hoping for a bit of a hormonal boost and tbh since I had that crazy light period before i conceived I’m thinking maybe it really did something!! No way to know for sure though 🤷♀️

And finally I had just started wearing my @avawomen bracelet, gifted to me by @tivfsjourney when it told us that I was ovulating about 3 days before we expected!!! 😲 I don’t know if some of the other changes shifted my ovulation earlier or what, but I am so thankful I got the heads up!! Plus, it was way easier than BBT and OPKs, just putting a bracelet on to go to bed!😍
