Sunday . . . Peaceful Life

It was another good lazy day.
Old man (Jett) decided he wanted to snuggle in the bed this morning, along with Norah and Penny, so it was quite the packed bundle of love. I just wuv him so. His dementia is really bad some mornings and his poor little hips just can’t hold him some days. I noticed I can feel his spine a bit more these days – I worry. 😪 I made an appointment for him this Friday the 20th to get checked out a bit more thoroughly… he is only 13. 😔 He seems happy and content 90% of the time but I want to selfishly make sure he is around to meet our baby… I fear that isn’t going to happen. I just want my first baby boy to meet my first baby boy… 🙏 …but I will do what is best for my Tiny Boy; I won’t ever let him suffer. For now I am clinging to hope and muggin’ on him all the time. I’ll take all the snuggles I can get. 💕 .

This scan picture is Albert at 12 weeks. I’m barely even 5 weeks yet I feel different, my tummy feels sensitive. I can’t remember feeling this way first time around, I think I was so busy at work ignoring the fact I was pregnant to even notice, but my tummy feels different this time around. Almost like a washing machine feeling, maybe it’s anxiety I’m not sure. I Just feel quite aware that something is going on 🤷🏼‍♀️•

Day 93 – 12.15.19
Saturday… Lazy Day

Woke up and just lounged in bed, perused the internet, and had furbaby luvins. Faye-Faye and I had quality mother-daughter time. Look at her precious face with the sleepy eyes. So adorable, she is! It was a genuine relaxing morning. And the day continued as such. We moved to downstairs on the couch and just vegged out. Whit and I even took a nice nap later, along with all the furbabies. Hopefully the rest is helping us get better – both our coughs are still going. My congestion is subsiding but still feeling the cold. Grrrr. The nurse the other day said this crud has been holding on for at least two weeks in people… so, next Friday the 20th I should be better? Ha! Fingers crossed.

Definitely feeling blessed that I was simply able to rest all day. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be more productive. Maybe… 😋
