6 weeks 3 days today. Woken up at 5am with the most impossible pain in my left side. Couldn’t move, sweating and panicking. Took 2 paracetamol and it eased. Went to the loo and few hours later and got pink spotting on wiping. I’ve seen loads of people report this but the pain was truly something else - still feel faint from it now even though it’s eased right off.
