Jane and Joe are at the park doing some yoga together. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️⁣ ⁣ Any exercise is important when you are trying to conceive! Pick one that you love so that you consistently do it. Doing it outdoors is even better, because then you are getting some fresh air! 🤗⁣ ⁣ I did a lot of yoga and especially yoga that got my heart rate up while I was trying to conceive. I honestly thing it helped. 🧘‍♀️⁣ ⁣ From Tommys.org (a UK evidence based organization that focuses on decreasing miscarriage and stillbirth):⁣ ⁣ Exercise/being active can boost your fertility (the ability to get pregnant). Women who do regular, moderate exercise get pregnant quicker than women who don’t exercise regularly.⁣ ⁣ It doesn’t have to be an exercise class in the gym, it means any activity that will:⁣ ❤️raise your heart rate ⁣ 💜make you breathe faster⁣ 💛make you feel warmer.⁣ You should still be able to talk without pausing for breath. Walking briskly, for example, counts as moderate activity.🚶‍♀️⁣ ⁣ If you have a high BMI and are not getting pregnant as soon as you expected, intense exercise may improve your fertility as it will help you lose weight.⁣ ⁣ Do you exercise regularly? Tag someone who needs a reminder! And bring your partner along. It really doesn’t hurt if both of you stay in shape!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #babytalk #birthwithlego #fertility #moveyourbody #yogaforfertility #yogaeverydamnday #legoyoga #ttc #ttcsisters #ttcjourney #pregnancyjourney #earlypregnancy #secondtrimester #firsttrimester #8weeks #5weekspregnant
